II. About the job

We are looking for a Managing Director for Mango Digital to lead the next stage of growth across Southeast Asia. This is not a traditional agency leadership role. This role is about building a system driven digital marketing organization that connects digital media execution with measurement, data intelligence and marketing system architecture. The Managing Director will lead Mango Digital as the execution engine of Marketing Systems, ensuring digital campaigns operate within a structured marketing system that connects:

• data intelligence
• measurement frameworks
• digital media execution
• commerce validation

The role requires a leader who can balance:

• commercial growth
• operational excellence
• system discipline

while scaling Mango Digital into a regional digital marketing execution company.

III. What you will contribute

1. Build Mango Digital as a Marketing Systems Execution Company

Lead the transformation of Mango Digital from a traditional digital agency into a structured execution company aligned with Marketing Systems. Ensure campaign and media operations follow a system driven framework based on:

• measurement logic
• decision architecture
• data intelligence integration
• performance accountability

2. Drive Regional Growth Across Southeast Asia

Lead Mango Digital’s regional expansion strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• developing enterprise client relationships across Southeast Asia
• expanding Mango Digital’s commercial presence in the region
• positioning Mango Digital as a system driven digital marketing partner

3. Lead Digital Media and Campaign Execution Excellence

Oversee digital media execution, performance campaigns and creative optimization across markets. Ensure campaign execution connects to measurable outcomes through:

• performance media governance
• structured campaign architecture
• creative performance optimization
• measurable marketing impact

4. Build Leadership and Organizational Capability

Recruit and lead a senior team capable of operating across multiple markets. Strengthen capabilities in:

• digital media leadership
• campaign architecture
• creative performance optimization
• regional operational coordination

5. Maintain Alignment with Marketing Systems Architecture

Ensure Mango Digital operates in alignment with the Marketing Systems architecture defined by YouNet Group. Collaborate closely with:

• Data Intelligence domain
• Marketing Systems Architecture team
• Technology and platform teams

to deliver integrated marketing system deployments.

Report to: directly to Founder and CEO, YouNet Group.
Promotion: This role provides the opportunity to grow into broader regional leadership within the Marketing Systems domain depending on performance and regional expansion success.
