Mô tả Công việc

Voice Pick – Customer insight platform that allows companies, big and small to understand about habits and behavior of the customer or a targeted segment. Voice Pick have 2 side of work – B2B/ client and B2C/ consumer/ users The internship role will cover both sides to identify which fit their style and strength. B2C/ consumer/ users • Acquire new users to grow Voice Pick platform on a daily and weekly basis • Support the technical issue and identify common problems for website flow improvement • Understand user behavior to implement proper engagement activities across different channels • Manage and improve user reward system to increase user experience. • Identify and execute quality control flow to prevent cheating behavior B2B/ client • Manage client marketing activities across different funnel (awareness, consideration and purchase) to optimize conversion. • Lead generation activities • Client outreach: cold call, cold email • Maintain content marketing activates on blogs, social media, newsletters, etc. • Create a simple questionnaire, data cleaning to extract insights for content marketing activities
