- Managing the design team - Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs - Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients and creative projects - Work with internal teams to develop Big idea for pitching and proposals - Provide quality control over design outputs and production - Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities - Working with other team members (sale/account team) to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- At least 3 years’ experience for design leader position in agency side - Be proficient in creative softwares especially Photoshop, Illustrator - Possess exceptional creativity and innovation - Have good sense of graphics and colours, clean and clear style; keen eyes for details - Have good time-management and communication skill, be able to work under pressure and deadlines, multi-tasking - Quick learning, team spirit - Can-do attitude, Open-minded and self – motivated - Perform the knowledge of creating video/animation is a plus
