• Executing tactical plans for project’s performance.
• Optimizing digital ads across Google Ads, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
• Planning and implementing SEM campaigns – including keyword research and ad copywriting.
• Managing campaigns – setup, monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensuring achievement of clients’ KPI targets.
• Applying digital analytics tools to evaluate and report campaign performance for each client.
• Researching and evaluating competitors’ activities.
• Collaborating with the planning team.
• Researching, exploring, and staying updated on current and upcoming advertising platforms in the market.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Specialist or in a similar role.
• Experience with social media, Google Ads, and SEM/SEO.
• Proficient in web and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, AppsFlyer, Adjust…).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good personal time management skills.
