🔎 Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Leader to join our event team. This role plays a pivotal part in managing corporate client relationships and leading the planning and execution of professional events across Vietnam. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding event experiences that meet strategic goals and exceed expectations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Client Account Management

• Act as the main liaison between the agency and client throughout the event lifecycle
• Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and budget limitations to provide tailored event solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

2. Event Concept & Proposal Development

• Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts and event journeys
• Prepare detailed event proposals, budgeting, and presentations for pitches
• Research venues, destinations, technologies, and new trends to enhance proposals

3. Event Planning & Coordination

• Develop event timelines, rundown, and detailed production schedules
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, AV, transport, F&B, printing, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics
• Manage registrations, delegate communications, and event platforms for conferences and incentives

4. On-Site Event Management

• Lead the on-site execution, including venue setup, contractor supervision, and client servicing
• Ensure brand consistency and service excellence throughout the event experience
• Handle any operational or client-related issues professionally in real-time

5. Post-Event Reporting & Analysis

• Conduct debriefs with internal teams and clients
• Prepare event wrap-up reports, including financial reconciliation and performance analysis
• Collect client feedback and identify areas for improvement

🧠 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in MICE/event agency or corporate event planning
• Strong understanding of event operations, hospitality, and logistics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva/PowerPoint; knowledge of Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools is a plus
• Fluent in [Vietnamese/English]; strong English for handling international accounts is a major advantage
