1. Role

• Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
• Manage projects that BU’s needs, requirements - Ensure company policy & procedures
• Well collaboration (Planner, Design, Account, Operation, ….) and reporting to Procurement Manager

2. Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets effectly.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager

1. Knowledge

• Knowledge of FMCG branding is adding value

2. Qualification

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business Administration/ Professional Communication or related field

3. Experience

• At least 01 years experiences as Purchasing Executive
• Travel maybe required
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Excellent organizational
