Mô tả Công việc
- Role purpose: Their aptitude and motivation for realizing concepts and big ideas is matched only by their enthusiasm and dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product. They lead the immediate design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever increasing knowledge of all things design and art - Key accountabilities: • Work closely with your Creative Director to execute creative concepts • Identify creative thinking towards big ideas • Present big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques • Visualise concepts and interpret them into design • Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example • Understand a brand’s tone and positioning • Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business • Lead, motivates and develops the design team • Acts a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project ManagementYêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- Professional skills: • Exhibit excellent design, art direction visualisation skills • Understanding of user experience design • Excellent visual design skills • Expert knowledge of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Flash • Knowledge of interface design, typography, layout and web formats • Degree in art and design related field - Key Experiences: • Team leading experience • Oversight experience • Internal / external ideas selling • Client facing experience • Global brand experience
