• Support the Business Team’s Account Directors & Account Managers with account management activities including preparing materials / reports, distributing reports, scheduling meetings, drafting quotations and participating in presentations as required • Establish and expand relationships with day-to-day client contacts • Respond as required to client requests/agency deliverables • Work collaboratively with the Strategy, Creative and Distribution teams to ensure high-quality campaign work is delivered on budget, on objective and on time, and manage invoicing • Support and coordination with Strategy, Creative and Distribution team on post-campaign reporting • Keep up-to-date on market trends and innovations and pitch internally to incorporate into account planning • Participate in new business pitching opportunities

Professional skills: • Solid interest in advertising and marketing • Minimum 2-4 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or digital marketing field, preferably from an agency • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related field preferred but not necessary • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must Core Competencies: • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints • Up-to-date on relevant digital trends and innovations • Persuasive and confident • A fun, interesting person
