I. About YouNet Group

YouNet Group is the architect of Decision Infrastructure for marketing in Southeast Asia. We build measurement, intelligence, and operating architecture to enable marketing to operate as a unified, accountable, and scalable system. We are not an agency. We design Decision Infrastructure that connects data, measurement, and operating logic to transform marketing from fragmented execution into a structured and governable system. Through durable frameworks, independent measurement systems, and data intelligence, YouNet provides the foundation for brands and agencies to make decisions grounded in evidence while remaining adaptable across strategies and markets.

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our PMO team, a unit reporting directly to the Group CEO. This team focuses on executing strategic, cross-departmental, and inter-company projects within YouNet Group. Your role focuses on supporting marketing, content, and lead generation activities, helping new launching products & solutions gain initial market visibility, user interest, and early revenue traction.

This is a learning-oriented role for someone who wants to understand how marketing works in real product and business contexts, not just execution tasks.

II. Roles & Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing activities (social posts, blogs,  email, landing pages…) for new product launching such as VoiceShare & other projects under development .
• Assist in creating and adapting content for marketing channels.
• Conduct simple market and desk research to support content and messaging.
• Support lead generation activities (forms, registrations, lead lists).
• Track and summarize basic campaign performance (engagement, sign-ups, traffic).
• Assist Line Manager & PMO Team in coordinating tasks and timelines within marketing projects.
• Prepare basic marketing materials and documents for internal use.
• Support social insight tasks when needed, such as preparing basic data inputs, using AI tools to summarize discussions, and assisting in simple reporting.
• Help prepare insight or marketing-related materials during peak reporting periods, under guidance from line manager.

III. What you will learn

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education:

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.

Skill: 

• Proficiency in using automated marketing tools; familiarity with AI tools is considered a plus.

Experience:

• Have previous internship experience in Marketing position.

Mindset /Attitude:

• A strong desire to learn and grow alongside a collaborative team.
• Genuine interest in social data, Generative AI, B2B software and digital marketing.
• A proactive, hard-working attitude, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility.
• A positive, can-do mindset, ready to take on challenges and deliver results.

Others:

• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship (3-6 months).
