Mô tả Công việc
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs on Zalo Ads platform;
- Develop new sales opportunities and potential clients: global and local brands, agency…;
- Customer support: ensure quality of services and KPI commitment;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- Bachelor’s degree; major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade;
- At least 2 years of experience in digital agency, ads platform or relevant industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer management and presentation skills. Good at planning skills;
- Have knowledge about Zalo Ads and the Zalo platform with user’s view is an advantage;
- Good at analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good at English.
