YouNet Group cần tuyển vị trí YouNet AM - Account Executive làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh.

Mô tả Công việc

1. Project Management (60%)

Project Execution & Coordination:

• Coordinate with the internal team to make sure deliverables are sent on time according to agreed deadlines.
• Work with third party/vendors/KOLs to manage, execute tasks and control their qualities on a variety of social channels.
• Create detailed project timelines mapping with communication plans, ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPI.
• Arrange internal meetings & handle paperwork (meeting recap, liquidation, invoice,...).
• Alert problems if any and propose solutions to line manager during execution.

Data & Project Planning:

• Strongly interested in working with data as daily scope.
• Prefer to have a basic knowledge of social listening tools & BSI chart (understand the definition & know how it works).
• Handle prepare proposals: research data/information, review competitors‘ activities, contribute/brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build up project timeline,...

Project Performance & Financial Control:

• Support control P&L: Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon profit targets for all projects.
• Check and revise monthly and final campaign reports based on actual progress.

2. Administrative Tasks (40%)

• Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

1. Education:

• Having a Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.

2. Knowledge:

4. Experience:

• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in agency with the same role

• Ownership, responsible for the assigned tasks and projects
• Proactive, willing to learn and get advice from line manager. Good at observing & listening
