Mô tả Công việc

We are a little fish with strong will and refuse to rest. >>> Play an active role in: Nurturing human relationships Managing projects >>> Key duties: - Do thorough research to cultivate insights in preparation for the idea direction - Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements - Assist Content writer and Account team writing proposals and presenting to clients - Ensure delicate service and decent products to be delivered to clients, within provided resources and on time. Be a strict quality controller. - Prepare paperwork needed for the implementation of the project - Assist Senior Account Executive in monitoring all stages of projects - Be a main contact between client and internal team, suppliers and internal team to keep the project going on track smoothly. - Write reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated - Maintain a long-term healthy relationship with clients, partners and suppliers - Learning and improving self to make a “better us"

>>> Qualifications: - Bachelor in Journalism, Marketing, PR, International Relations or any relevant majors. - Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above) - Yearn for creativity and an ultimate fan of curiosity - Calm before all the “storms” and flexible in finding alternative solutions - Know how to appreciate criticism and pressure - Logical and rational approach to tackling new ideas, sorting information. - Strict to your own self, do not find an easy way to pamper your ego - Aware of habitual actions leading to false judgement and acknowledgement - At least 1 or 2 years experience in Advertising/Marketing at the same or at research-related position - A trusted partner and an open-minded observer. - Never stop learning to be a better self, both in and out
