We are a little fish with strong will and refuse to rest. >>> Key duties: - Research and analyze data and materials to cultivate foundation for the design - Coordinate closely with Account team, Content team and Art director to generate design briefs, concept ideas and final artwork - Give consultancy to develop an artistic approach and style - Prepare sketches, draft layouts, storyboards to support proposal’s presentation - Create graphic design for motion graphics video based on design brief, brand guidelines to meet clients’ requirements - Design materials such as Facebook cover, landing page graphics, internal invitations, and other special internal projects - Learning and improving self to make a “better us"

>>> Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Graphic design, or other art and design-based majors - Have firm knowledge about typography, motion graphics, sketch, illustration - Be well-equipped with design softwares including Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch - Being able to use Affinity Designer, Indesign, After effect is an advantage. - Be able to communicate in basic English and understand English materials - At least 2-year experience working in same position - Logical and rational approach to tackling new ideas, sorting information. - An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment - Professional approach to deadlines - Able to work, and learn independently - Know how to appreciate criticism and pressure and fight with them to keep moving forward, even under the storm - Strict to your own self, do not find an easy way to pamper your ego - Aware of habitual actions leading to false judgement and acknowledgement - A trusted partner and an open-minded observer. - Never stop learning to be a better self, both in and out
