1. Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the business objectives in a creative agency environment (Livestream, Event, Set Design, Entertainment).
  • Build HR frameworks, policies, and talent development roadmaps tailored for a dynamic, multi-platform organization.
  • Propose and drive performance management programs (KPI/OKR) that align with company culture and boost team effectiveness.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Design recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth roadmap.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development processes to ensure a strong and capable workforce.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract top-tier talent.

3. HRBP & Talent Management

  • Act as a strategic business partner to department heads to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance and insights to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Champion talent retention strategies and high-potential employee programs.
  • D. Training & People Development
  • Create and implement internal training plans in collaboration with the BOD and department leaders to enhance technical skills and soft skills.
  • Develop and nurture a leadership pipeline through succession planning and development programs.

4. HR Operations

  • Oversee HR operations, including timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, and employee records in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage HR budget efficiently and ensure timely HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor, insurance, and personal income tax regulations.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in a senior HR management position.
  • Proven track record in all HRM functions: C&B, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Culture Building, Admin.
  • Experience working in creative industries such as agencies, media, production, or startups is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to balance business goals and employee experience.
  • Proficient in HR tools and systems (Google Workspace, Excel, HRM software) and well-versed in labor laws.
  • Team management experience with a focus on results and people development.
  • Basic English communication and writing skills are required.
  • Own a personal laptop.
