- Assist in developing project plans by collecting and compiling relevant information to determine appropriate next steps.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, allocate tasks, and ensure timely updates.
- Prepare essential documents, including pitch materials, checklists, timelines, presentation slides, and reports.
- Conduct research and compile data for internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to track task progress and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate communication of requirements between teams, take detailed meeting notes, and update relevant stakeholders with accurate information.
- Organize, archive, and maintain project documents.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Current 3rd or 4th-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and capacity to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in English (reading and writing professional emails is mandatory).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
