Responsibilities:

EXTERNAL:

• Be in charge of the event and production of Supplier.

• Send the production files to suppliers, ensuring the design and quality as committed.

• Manage event budget and make reports to the internal team.

• Supervise the construction and staging process for the event.

• Handle and solve problems occurring at the event site (if any).

INTERNAL:

• Contribute ideas during the planning process to ensure the idea is implemented.

• Work with Account and Designer teams for appropriate and executable designs.

• Liaise with the Creative team to implement project guidelines.

• Ensure all documents such as contracts, advances, and payments for suppliers are completed on time and follow company processes.

• Support the Account department in checking production costs and proceeding with purchasing.

• Coordinate with related departments (Account, Back Office) to prepare and execute logistics for events.

• Perform other duties that might be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in related role.

• Having material knowledge for Event industry is a plus.

• Ability to understand customers’ requirements and communicate them to internal team.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Independent, determined, loves taking responsibility and problem solving.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.

• Interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Effective team working skill.

• Salary: Negotiation (Range: 12 - 15 mil)

• Working time: Mon - Fri (9am - 18pm)
