Bidding Phase

• Receive and analyze client briefs.

• Conduct research and brainstorm with the Account and Creative teams to develop proposed concepts, art direction and activities related to the event.

• Develop and produce proposals.

• Collaborate with the Account team to ensure the art direction is delivered appropriately.

• Prepare presentations for clients and revise proposals based on client feedback (if any).

Execution Phase

• Support the Account & Creative teams in planning and content-related matters based on the project's scope of work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position at an Agency.

• Strong creativity and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as coordinate with and support team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Ability to simultaneously execute and manage multiple projects.
