• Lead multiple projects and creative teams from start to finish, on time and on quality • Give design direction and delegate responsibilities to designers • Write project proposals based on client brief • Be responsible for the content direction and content strategy • Be responsible for project’s effectiveness • Continuously be aware of new trends on multiple channels: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok... • Share content and design best-practices with the team • Work from brief to final execution

• Prior 4-6 years in creative agencies and social agencies • Design, time management, project management, presentation skills • A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise or interests across a range of disciplines • Skilled in Power Point and some office information technology applications such as: Outlook, Excel, Word... • Strong experience in Social Always-on, ATL and BTL marketing • Capable of regularly presenting concepts and work with clients • Ability to work under high pressure and work well in a team.
