Mô tả Công việc

• Constantly update on consumer insights, communication trends and learn from various casestudies in the field to enrich consumer knowledge to initiate great campaigns & build meaningful brands. • Take lead in cracking Clients’ brief, collecting background and organizing brainstorms with other departments. Partner with creative, account management peers and department specialists to develop great ideas at all points of customer contact. • Develop master plan for all campaigns under the guidance of Head of Department and own the plan until detailed execution stage. • Issue briefs to Specialist Departments for detailed planning/execution • Ensure sensible integration of all plans within the campaign • Orchestrate all strategic planning and analytical activity for all accounts within the agency. Ensure all deliverables required from the group, internally and externally, are met in an efficient & timely manner. • Present ideas to clients solidly & effectively on behalf of Agency in pitching or proposal presentation meetings • Identify opportunities to constantly improve the quality of thinking applied to client business by monitoring campaign effectiveness closely and initiating learning plans. • Conducts/moderates qualitative projects, analyzing data and developing implications and recommendations.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Concentration in Advertising or Marketing preferred • We expect the right person to have at least 2-3 years’ professional experience in advertising or marketing. Account management or creative experience would be a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent time management skills • Be holistic, good at conceptual things, long-range thinkers and effective in presenting
