II. Role & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Internal Communication (45%) 

• Assist in creating content for internal and employer branding channels (Workplace, Email, Social Media, Recruitment site, etc.).
• Contribute ideas and assist in executing internal communication campaigns to promote company culture and employee engagement.

2. Internal Event (45%) 

• Support the organization of internal events (e.g. Year-End Party, Company Trip, monthly/seasonal celebrations, etc.).
• Help collect feedback and contribute to post-event recap and improvement suggestions.

3. Others (10%) 

• Support other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education 

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related fields.

2. Knowledge

• Basic understanding of employer branding, internal communication, and corporate culture
• Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy

3. Skill

• Strong skills in content creation: writing, visual, short-form video
• Basic proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Comfortable using social media & internal communication platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Workplace)
• Good communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication

4. Personality

• Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking
• High sense of judgement & responsibility
• Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
