I. ABOUT FANSCOM

Fanscom, a member of YouNet Group, is an Advocacy-First Community & Relationship Marketing Agency for Marketing Systems. The company helps brands build sustainable advocacy and long-term audience relationships through communities, social participation and relationship-driven engagement systems. Instead of treating communities as short-term communication channels, Fanscom designs relationship systems that help brands nurture trust, participation and long-term social connection over time.

We‘re looking for a Operations Executive (6 months - Contractor) to join our team!

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Paperwork Process Implementation

• Support preparing contracts with clients/vendors, secure information and documents related to payment to clients/vendors.
• Follow up on quotations, contracts, invoices, and payment progress with clients and vendors.
• Create, update, and maintain contracts, operational documents, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Account, Procurement, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues related to services, assets, contracts, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales and operational documents are completed on time.

Education:

• Bachelor‘s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field. Other degrees will also be welcomed based on necessary aptitude and growth potential.

Experiences & Knowledges

• At least 6 months  working experience in Operations/Sales Admin role.
• Understanding of the media/influencer marketing field is a big plus.
• Experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Entertainment company is a plus.

Skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
• Outstanding attention to detail, cautious and responsible
• Able to build report and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues & partners
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
