Mô tả Công việc

- Arrange CEO’s daily schedule - Manage and maintain business schedule and personal schedule of CEO, follow and remind CEO’s calendar and events. - Manage CEO’s personal fan page, create the content about the beauty and organize fan page’s activities. - Contact to vendor, business partners relating to business activities. - Prepare event’s scripts and dresses. - Work with internal and external business partners. - Other assigned tasks by CEO.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Knowledge about beauty, cosmetic, skin care, make up, fashion - Good communication in Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing) - Careful, honest and truthful - Organization skill, and multi- tasks, adaptive - Problem solving, Time management - Be able to work under high pressure - Bachelor’s degree in English, PR, clerk is a plus
