JD:

Senior Associate Social Branding works on growing Lazada’s social media platforms, conceptualizing and executing custom content across various social media platforms, and working with the branding team to create innovative and best-in-class content.

Senior Associate Social Branding will leverage various social channels to drive awareness, and engagement to deliver campaign & brand messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and launch a strategic branding plan for Lazada's Social platforms to meet branding objectives closely related to business needs;
  • Develop organic marketing plans to build product awareness, ranging from the content hub, community development & sustainment and other organic channels;
  • Produce content plans for social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok;
  • Propose, follow up and execute sponsorship and creative branding activities to maximize brand exposure;
  • Work closely with external stakeholders from brands to promote co-branding activities across platforms;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and agency partners;
  • Coordinate and liaise with Marketing, and PR teams, managing media partners and agencies for communications brief, execution and report process;
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to constantly improve social media performances;
  • Analyzing social media metrics with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Report and analysis weekly for management‘s review;
  • Management of marketing budgets within agreed allocation and alignment with approved advertising activities.
  • Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • Hands-on experience in branding, social and community activities
  • Preferably in Marketing, Communications, with a financial services industry background, or equivalent experience
  • From 3-5 years of working experience and above;
  • An active Internet user using social networks on a regular basis;
  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines under pressure while multitasking in a fast-paced environment;
  • A quick thinker and excellent problem solver;
  • A self-motivated, detailed-oriented and eager-to-learn team player;
  • Ability to coordinate effectively among different departments;
  • Be familiar with e-commerce
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with teams from across the region.
  • Good at presenting & storytelling in both Vietnamese & English.
