Mô tả Công việc
We are looking for someone with strong business communication in English and Vietnamese
along with 2-3 years of experience in Business Development field. Having Experience in
Vietnam’s market for Marketing Agencies would be an asset.
● Exchange information and periodically update the Company's updated information for
existing partners/customers of the Company.
● Get new partnerships/clients for the Company through personal relationships.
● Update product information to consult partners/customers better.
● Transfer information on campaign profiles, schedule summaries for Team Accounts
and clients, and learn more about client expectations regarding acceptable output
topics (cost, level of creativity...) or what factors determine the choice of the output of
the problem.
● Comprehend the working process and contract handling process issued.
● Regularly update the internal team during contract implementation to assist in
handling issues arising with customers within the scope of work.
● Comprehend customer requirements, and research rivals' products in the industry to
develop strategies to build and enhance the Company's products.
● Proposing business development goals in line with the Company's operating model
● Update industry reports & information, make recommendations on business
development strategy.

● University degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Commercial
Economics, Marketing
● Knowledge of management, marketing, and business
● Proficient in business performance metrics
● At least two years of experience in a similar position in related industries
● Experienced in driving sales and guiding the sales team to reach targets
● Proficient in communication and negotiation skills
● Excellent consulting, presentation, and persuasion skills
● Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make exemplary reports
● Proficient in planning and time management skill
