• Be a primary, day-to-day contact for all matters of strategy and planning, including research, briefs, workshops, and creative collaboration.
• Detect consumer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.
• Partner with Account Services to gain client approval to recommended strategic direction.
• Partner with Creative colleagues to drive creative inspiration and ideation.
• Partner with Analytics, Media, and Digital to ensure the information within the agency.
• Present solutions and ideas to customer.
• Monitor implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outlined.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education:  Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

2. Language:  Professional skills in both English & Vietnamese, any other language is a plus

3. Work experience:  02 years in the same position

4. Abilities:

• Strategic and critical thinking
• Plan, organize and implement work
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
• Proactive, dynamic, accountable
• Public speaking, presentation & debate skill
• Microsoft skill, especially Powerpoint or Keynote design
