To be a team leader (4-5 team members) of Creative team to develop an effective and profitable creative product that delivers on relevant client and market needs. Take responsibility for the creative part of campaign/ project. Including: - Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. - Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. - Develop concept, KV, art direction in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. - Collaborate with account team to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements. - Input for Strategic Planning team to write plans, produce inventive/amazing proposals. - Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, handover and monitor deadlines. - Develop story board/ mood board by English/ Vietnamese. - Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest market. - Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Experience: At least 02 years experiences as Art Director - Skills and competencies: Outstanding leadership and organization skills. Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design. Proven experience as a Art director or in a similar creative role.
