JD:

TikTok Ads Growth team is aiming for advertiser growth via scalable growth hacker method. The ideal team member will be data driven and have a strong technical, analytical background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for digital marketing channel including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn etc.
• Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing, growth hacker tactics on leveraging product and engineering teams.
• Partner with local marketing to build marketing content for client growth.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to distribute and leverage content across channels for best results.
• Capture market trends and customer needs to capture opportunities in growth.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop and implement experiments to test hypothesis for which changes will drive product adoption and growth.
• Understand funnels, ecosystems, advertiser behaviors to identity opportunities in growth.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacker, or demand generation
• Strong capapbility of interpreting, data analytics to make business decisions.
• Experience communicating insights and ideas.
• Vietnamese and English are required for Ho Chi Minh based
