• Support the PMO team in coordinating and executing internal company projects (e.g., updating the corporate website, organizing internal documents, developing corporate credentials, etc.).
• Collect, compile, and organize internal or market data; assist in basic analysis and preparing reports under guidance from supervisors.
• Assist in building project plans, tracking progress, and updating project status to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in creating, reviewing, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Support management in preparing meeting materials, reports, checklists, and other administrative/operational tasks related to projects.

• Final-year university student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Project Management or Business Operations.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with data.
• Logical thinker, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, good communication skills, adaptable, and a strong team player.
