1. Creative & Strategic Planning

• Translate client briefs into compelling strategic and creative frameworks.
• Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideation aligned with brand positioning and key messages.
• Collaborate with Planners, Account teams, and Creatives to ensure ideas are not only imaginative but also grounded in strategic insight.
• Connect fragmented ideas into a unified and powerful narrative.
• Build compelling, visually engaging, and logically sound proposal decks for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Contribute to the development of new creative products and planning approaches.

2. Client Consulting & Collaboration

• Deeply understand client needs, business objectives, market challenges, and cultural context to provide insightful recommendations.
• Present strategies and creative concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Partner with Client Service to identify new opportunities for value-add services and campaign expansion (upsell opportunities).

3. Project & Team Leadership

• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering idea generation and professional development.
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and strategic alignment.
• Manage team workload and resources effectively to meet tight deadlines across various accounts.
• Lead internal brainstorm sessions and workshops to drive creativity and collaboration.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative or strategic planning, preferably in IMC/creative agencies.
• Strong conceptual thinking with proven ability to develop original ideas and narratives.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think visually and a good sense of design and art direction.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote and comfortable with building visually compelling presentations.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
