1. Event planning: 

• Understanding the requirements of clients and coming up with innovative ideas for events
• Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes, venues.
• Design and coordinate event layouts, including seating arrangements, lighting, and decor, to ensure that each event is visually stunning and meets the client's expectations.
• Anticipating attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks.
• Organizing suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment (if needed) 
• Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event (if needed) 
• Building the proposal beautifully and logically.

2. Outcome Delivery:

• Coordinate with Client Service team, Strategic Planning & Creative team to propose and participate in important meetings with clients (presentation days) to get approval from clients for strategy approach & creative ideas. 
• Work with Client Service to identify opportunities to offer more services for current clients (upsell - if possible).

3. Directly work & consult for clients:

• Analyze client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap into insightful issues.
• Guaranteed final results meet client’s expectation & deliverables.

4. Leadership & Team development:

• Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management & guide project team members.
• Manage team resources & work load to work effectively and deliver multi projects at the same time.
• Manage, supervise, coordinate, train team members

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Degree in hospitality, public relations, management, or related field.
• 3+ years of event planning experience with a track record of successful events.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Expert time management skills.
• Good command of English.
