Mô tả Công việc

April is a creative agency specializing in strategic brand communications and creation of smart and effective advertising solutions. Visit www.april.com.vn for more information. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Involve in planning & creative process of advertising campaigns. - Work closely with Planning, Creative teams and other teams to develop market research, insight finding, strategic planning and presentation flow for advertising campaigns. - Brainstorm with Creative team to create innovative concepts for TVC, print, OOH, radio, digital, etc. for the advertising campaigns. - Prepare, provide and present concept development for and participate in new business pitches as needed. - Develop strategic plans that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends - Continuously learn, research on planning, creative & advertising. - Respect work quality and meet deadlines. - Complete time sheets and reports weekly.

No matter your working experience in the industry, you should feel free to send us your profiles if you have the confidence to show your talents in: - At least 3 years experience on the same position at agency - Ability to sharpen complex information into briefly valuable output. - Ability to collect information subjectively and multi-dimensionally under request. - Ability to persuade precisely in verbal and in visual for a matter of facts, insights, ideas or plans. - Ability to inspire other team members on the pursuit to efficient and brave creative solutions. - Stay effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking - Good English communication skills
