Mô tả Công việc

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple projectsto increase organictraffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Manage a portfolio of SEO projects (current and future) to ensure alignment with client and company goals.
• Conduct keyword research,competitive analysis, and SEO auditsto identify opportunities.
• Optimize on-pageand off-page SEO, ensuring best practices for content, site architecture, internal linking, and structured data.
• Implement TechnicalSEO improvements, includingpage speed optimization, schema markup, crawl budget management, and site migrations.
• Stay updatedon Google algorithm changes, AI-powered SEO trends, and emerging SEO best practices.

Project & Team Management

• Lead and manage multipleSEO projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Work closelywith content, development, and digital marketingteams to drive SEO performance.
• Monitor project performance using SEO tools and analytics to continuously refine strategies.
• Create scalableSEO workflows to improve efficiency as the SEO team grows.

Leadership & Team Growth

• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Provide trainingand upskilling for content and marketing teamson SEO best practices.
• Support in hiringand expanding the SEO team as the company scales.
• Act as the SEO lead, ensuringbest practices are followed acrossall projects.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Track, measure, and report SEO performance (organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, conversions).
• Analyze SEO data and provideactionable insights to improve strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to seniormanagement and stakeholders.
• Continuously optimizeSEO processes and automation for efficiency.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including strategy development and execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
• Technical SEO expertise, including experience with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, log file analysis, and crawl budget optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SEO auditing tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior SEO team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in website migrations, international SEO, and mobile-first indexing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
