• Act as the main client contact, maintaining long-term relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Lead event planning and execution, ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay on schedule, and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, planning) to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects.
• Lead and mentor the account team, fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee daily team activities, providing guidance and problem-solving.
• Prepare reports on account status and project progres.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the event or entertainment industry.
• Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
