Mô tả Công việc

The Account Executive will play a key role in managing projects and client relationships. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage proposal delivery, and ensure successful project execution. As a senior member of the Account Management team, you will also mentor junior team members, including interns, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek and acquire new clients to expand the agency’s portfolio, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Commit to achieving performance KPIs and business targets set by management, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring consistent communication and relationship development.
  • Develop and execute proposals and project plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  • Lead project briefings and align internal stakeholders on campaign goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing challenges proactively and maintaining strong relationships.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account or project management, preferably within an agency setting.

2. Skills:

  • Proven skills in project management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.

3. Attitude:

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Highly responsible and hard-working.
  • A natural problem-solver with a strong can-do attitude.
