Mô tả Công việc

  • Help the strategy & planning team gather and analyze primary and secondary research to uncover valuable insights about the category, brand, culture, and consumers, then translate findings into compelling presentations and strategic recommendations.

  • Contribute to the creation of strategy, creative briefs, and impactful presentations.

  • Work closely with creative teams, providing inspiration and guidance throughout the ideation process.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • A curious, perceptive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • A proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, even under tight deadlines and pressure.

  • A positive and inspiring team player who brings fresh perspectives and creative thinking.

  • Foundational knowledge of consumer research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

  • Experience in IMC and brand strategy, along with a strong interest in nutrition and technology, is a plus.

Objective: Analyze how three leading Mom & Baby brands communicate their brand values and product benefits.

Tasks:

  • Brand selection & rationale: identify three leading Mom & Baby brands and justify why these brands are market leaders

  • Collect data on brand messaging across social media and digital platforms.

  • Identify key content pillars and communication styles.

  • Compare engagement levels and audience interaction trends.

  • Provide insights on effective communication strategies for the category.

ASSIGNMENT 2: Gen Z’s Brand Perception & Decision-Making Across Key Industries

Objective:

Analyze how Gen Z engages with brands in three key industries and what drives their purchasing decisions.

Tasks:

  • Choose three industries relevant to Gen Z (such as: fashion, beauty, tech) and justify their significance based on Gen Z’s interests and behaviors.

  • Identify factors influencing Gen Z’s choices (e.g: sustainability, personalization, digital experience).

  • Compare how these factors shape brand perception across industries.

  • Analyze how brands in these industries engage Gen Z via social media, e-commerce, and influencers.

  • Provide suggestions to enhance brand relevance and engagement with Gen Z.
