JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Training & Development learning culture: ● Conduct the training needs analysis in collaboration with division stakeholders; ● Assist to design and delivery of an end-to-end structured training program ● Deliver training outlines and materials for training class ● Coordinate with functional department heads to organize internal technical/ functional training courses for internal staff ● Deliver basic training such as newcomer training, basic soft skill ● Evaluate the training result 2. Performance: ● Pro-actively do activities around performance planning and evaluation ● Design and lead progressive initiatives around capacity building of global workforce, incl. design, planning and facilitation of thematic training/ workshops ● Provide communication material and design campaigns around Performance management 3. Trainee Program: ● Contribute to shaping organizational approaches for talent management ● Plan & execute communication activities to attract talent & create the development of talent in the organization ● Join in Company tour, Job Fair

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

● Bachelor degree background ● 2-3 years of experience in related field (in retail market is a plus). ● Good communication, problem solving & presentation skills. ● Good management, planning and analyzing ability. ● Willing to learn & open to accept new challenge
