Mô tả Công việc

1. Receive customer information

  • Receive customer information (lead) from marketing sources according to the correct process
  • Confirm receipt of customer information
  • Do not let the situation slow, drop customers happen

2. Follow up customer information

  • Fully and accurately update customer information on the report file in accordance with regulations
  • With incorrect or missing information, it is necessary to contact the customer to verify and update the report file.
  • Record and update all information when contacting guests through all channels: email, sms, calls, meetings,...

3. Contact customers for detailed information

  • Contact customers from marketing sources provided quickly and professionally
  • Record customer opinions and information, thereby confirming customer needs.
  • Consult in detail about the services SEONGON provides and propose suitable solutions for customers.
  • Skillfully maintained in communication, in order to gain the trust of customers with SEONGON

4. Transfer guests to the appropriate reception department

  • Analyze and give a brief assessment of customers, requirements and conditions of customers => Transfer SAL to the appropriate reception department.
  • Transfer customers in the right process and quickly
  • Monitor the process of the Sales Department receiving SAL, ensuring not to be late for appointments with customers.
  • Receive and process customer feedback on the consulting process of the Sales Department

5. Timely report and give solutions

  • Report to the head of the department as required and within the prescribed time according to the process
  • Actively discuss with relevant departments such as Sales Department, Technical Department, and propose improvement methods to improve work efficiency

6. Responsibility towards SEONGON Academy

  • Receiving customers who are interested in SEONGON's online courses on the website academy.seongon.com
  • Instructions to register for classes, open courses for students, transfer students' support requests to the Technical Department

7. Other responsibilities

  • Conduct service quality surveys, brand surveys and coordinate with relevant departments to come up with plans to improve service quality and brand reputation
  • Preserve the image, reputation and service standards of the Company
  • Always comply with the standards, regulations, procedures of the Company
  • Coordinate and support colleagues at work

Gender:

Qualification:

  • College/University

Experiences:

  • Worked as: salesman, consultant, telesales presentative, bank teller, customer service,... for at least 6 months
  • Experience in sales or working in the Digital industry is an advantage

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of Marketing, Digital marketing channels: Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Website...

Critical competencies needed:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in writing & good communication skills in English is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of office software
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to process large volumes of information

Mindset

  • Have a positive attitude and way of thinking
  • Professional, confident

Other requirements:

  • Have a laptop
  • Active means of transportation

Fixed salary:

  • 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND

Promotion:

  • Promotion to the highest-paid position in the company: Account

Bonus:

  • Unexpected bonus to recognize efforts and efficiency in work (can be up to 200% of fixed salary)
