YouNet Media is a member of YouNet Group - the leading SocialTech Group creating value for enterprises by applying Social Technologies in a variety of business areas including sales, marketing, and operations.

YouNet Media is the leading Social Media Analytics Platform and Services company owing the No1. Social Suite in market: Social Listening, Social Influencer, Social Trends, etc.

We are looking for one Technical Leader who will join our team to make the great products to market.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data Collection & Processing (60%)

Keyword Generation & Data Collection: Utilize the SocialHeat tool owned by YouNet Media to generate keywords and collect data from social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Online - News, YouTube… This includes identifying key words, phrases, and hashtags related to the company‘s products and brand.

Data Processing & Basic Report Generation:

• After data collection, process it to eliminate noise and create a clean data set.
• Use this data to generate basic reports, including key information about opinions, trends, and reactions from the online community regarding the company‘s products and brand.
• Ensure that these reports meet the commitments made to Clients and are submitted on time.

2. Project Managemnet (15%)

• Proactively manage individual projects to meet client expectations.
• Monitor and coordinate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of team projects with high quality.

3. Client Servicing (20%)

• Handle requests and address inquiries from clients regarding data and dashboards promptly.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure clear communication of project information.

4. Other Responsibilities (5%)

• Participate in training new team members on system usage.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on branding projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Director.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business or related in Data Analytics.

2. Skill:

• Proficient understanding of social media platforms and their operations.
• Skills in data analysis and basic report generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

3. Experience: At least 2 years at the same position is a plus.

4. Others: Nice to have: English effectively
