JOB SUMMARY - Title: Business Development Intern - Department: Academy - Year of Experience: Not required - Job Level: Intern - Report Line: Academy Lead - Peer: Media, Finance, Marketing - Subordinate: None - Salary Range: 2.000.000 – 5.000.000 gross - Hiring Purpose: New Hire - Working Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday (Flexible) - Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam OBJECTIVES PMAX Academy is a Total Performance Marketing training center that offers intensive digital courses with real-life applications from experts, so our customers can generate a career breakthrough rapidly. Because we are powered by PMAX – the leading Total Performance Marketing company in Vietnam with proven track records in talent development in the field. We are looking for a people-oriented marketer with a passion for Education & Digital Marketing industries. The main purpose of the role is to administer support the marketing and sales performance of these products. JOB DESCRIPTION - Support updating and understanding market trends and competitors’ activation schemes and marketing activities. - Understand the different stages and elements in the brand planning process and support the implementation of the plans. - Understand the customers to support defining actions that will attract new customers and old customers more often. - Develop content material for communication directly to consumers. - Administer acquisition and payment process. - Informing the leads who want to buy products, receiving calls via Hotline and responding to messages via Social Media channels. - Support in training operations. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification Must have - Having a basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path. - Basic writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, newsletters, etc. - Good problem-solving skills & time management skills. - Great teamwork and communication skills. Good to have - Experiences in Education is a big plus - Experiences in Sales.
