Client Leadership: On top of multi-project and manage overall client portfolio under support from AD/ SAM Able to lead the project at a complex level Project Management: Direct execute project highly complicated Full scope media branding to performance/ Solution mix Content/ Creative Provide direction for the team to execute the project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management Able to manage 2-4 projects at the same time Solution Provider: Convince Manager/ Head of client follow your suggestion/ approach Join and win client pitching project independently with nature project < 1000MB or purely media under the support of SAM/ AD/ BOD Personal: Work well with the client project team. Well connected that can sharing knowledge and skillset People Leadership: Able lead team: Lead 2-3 AE Team motivation level: 8 Provide clear roadmap/ program/ guidance for team under Individual coaching/ feedback stretching to get the goal Thought Leadership: Project scope Department project: department project Client Project: highly complicated Full scope media branding to performance/ Solution mix Content/ Creative People planning/ resource planning: Team Identify, structure, and solve the problem Avoid unnecessary work
