Senior Account Executive

• Hand-ons executing on-going projects and supporting line manager with assigned tasks

• Liaising with clients, external partners (suppliers, influencers, etc.) and internal teams to ensure project is executed timely and KPIs are met

• Responsible for social media project management, including working with designers for technical requirements of social posts, producing content plans & directions for social media platforms

• Responsible for PR project management, booking PR articles, working with editors/journalists if needed

• Knowing and applying new trends and tactics on digital and social media to propose for related projects

• Preparing cost estimates for client & acquiring quotations from third parties while managing campaign expenses effectively

• Involving in the process of strategic planning, contributing creative ideas, execution etc.

• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation

• Handling paperwork and admin duties

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 2-3 years experience in marketing/communications field.

• Relevant degree/certificate in PR, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism.

• Having experience in PR/communications is a must.

• Having experience in social media is a plus.

• Excellent project management skill.

• Be proactive, highly motivated, result-oriented; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and be a team player.

• Good sense of content and wordings.

• Good client-servicing skill.

• Good communication & presentation skills.

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
