- Approach, Follow up with potential leads to close deals with big & medium customers - Build & Manage Business Development Team to meet the KPIs for months, quarters and year - Manage all projects of Business Development Team to deliver best service of Hiip - Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operation and Tech team as appropriate - Train personnel and help team members develop their skills - Report to Business Director - Other tasks under the direction of line manager

- Skills: Telesales Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills, Negotiation Skills, Project Management Skills - Hard-working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive - English (spoken & written) is required - Have at least 2 years in the same level with proven sales records
