II. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Management (80%)

• Arrange & participate in meetings (brief, brainstorm, regroup, project discussion, presentations ...), contribute ideas, record meeting minutes
• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Support SAE to control the quality of all work (of internal team, 3rd parties, KOLs/Influencers) that is submitted to clients
• Support SAE to monitor all stages of campaigns
• Work collaboratively with other teams, following assignments in work relations

2. Administrative Tasks (20%)

• Be in-charge and support all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

Promotion: Account Executive

3. Work Relations:

• Internal:
  • YNAM:  Strategic Planning & Consulting, Content Creative;
  • Other Business Units: YNM, Buzzmetrics, Mango Digital; Fanscom; YouNet Head Office: HR, Finance & Accounting.
• External: Third parties, suppliers, KOL/KOC, Talent Representatives/agencies...

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education:

• Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.

2. Knowledge:

• General English
• Social Media trends.

3. Skill: 

• Good communication, hard-working, high responsibility, and able to work under high pressure
• Emotional intelligence

4. Mindset/ Attitude:

• Have passion & desire to develop in Communication Agency
• Open-minded mindset
• Good attitude & willingness to learn new things

5. Others:

• Prefer candidates with good English skills
