We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Account (80%)

• Forecasting and planning for team‘s KPIs to reach the yearly target of the company
• Recommend proactively necessary improvements for the Department
• Understand and ensure the client‘s strategy is well executed.
• Consult with clients on business needs.
• Project’s P&L management, including internal and 3rd party costs to ensure the project‘s margin.
• Work collaboratively with other internal teams, including Planning, Content Creative and other Social Listening Companies in YouNet Group (Buzzmetrics, - YouNet Media, Mango Digital, Fanscom) to ensure the best result for client(s)

2/ Business (20%)

Current Client

• Gaining trust and maintaining good relationships aim to promote the expansion of business with existing clients.
• Creating opportunities to grow business in terms of revenue on assigned accounts.
• Consulting client to the right direction based on agency’s capabilities and client’s need

New Client

• Supporting Operations Manager & Managing Director to approach new clients from You-Buzz’s Business Development for selling.
• Acquiring new clients and new services for the agency is PLUS.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1/ Experiences & Knowledges

• Have at least one year at the same position & at least 3-4 years experience in related fields.
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
• Have experience in managing a team
• Integrated marketing communications
• Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing
• Social Listening & Social Analytics is a plus

2/ Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skill (both Vietnamese & English)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Effective team management capabilities
• Account planning & management
• Negotiating & convincing skills
• Project operation & organization
