Job description: We’re expanding our performance marketing team and looking for a performance design specialist who has the passion and motivation to create brilliant creative materials for a range of clients performance marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to identify and follow strategic content directions, create content that will help our clients achieve their digital marketing objectives and be responsible for making sure all campaign assets exceed client expectations and achieve best possible results. Support our sales teams to develop design examples to help convince them the benefits of working with us. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for designing banners, photo retouch, landing pages Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Study design briefs and determine requirements Schedule projects requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for internal and client approval Develop illustrations, logos and other designs based on briefs Use the appropriate colors, fonts and layouts for various client needs Work with copywriters to produce final designs and any adjustments required from client feedback Test graphics across various media, create variations to test impact on campaign performance

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

At least 3+ experience and have experience in field design for e-commerce is a plus Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) Ability to work independently and in a team. Personal skill: work under pressure, time management, work management.
