Mô tả Công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES Ideas/Concepts Development (70%) • Support Creative Lead in working closely with Account Team and Planner to get brief from clients, plan objective and other requirements about key message and branding strategy. • Take part in brainstorming to produce ideas/concept or creative solutions based on creative brief. • Visualize ideas/concepts and interpret them into creative assets: Key visual, storyboard, videos… Digital Artwork Design & Management (30%) • Work closely with Account Team and Copy & Content Team to manage the campaign timeline. • Create social media designs or videos that suitable for digital formats on different platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube... • Provide art direction to Senior Designers and other mid-level creatives • Other related tasks may cause upon request.

REQUIREMENTS • Projects and timeline management skill. • Good at visual ideas, layout development, key visual, TVC production… • Good understanding of Ideas/Concept development, Design. • Having experiences working in ATL/ Digital agencies. • Understanding the visual formats of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Banner ads… • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop...) • Having illustration skill and making videos is a plus. • In-external ideas selling. Client facing experience. • Hard working. Supportive. Good team-player. • Ability to work under high pressure with CAN DO attitude. • Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design. • At least 2 years of experience as the same position (Associate Art Director/Art Director) in Advertising/Digital agency.
