II. About The Job

We are looking for a Data Operations Manager to lead and empower the Data Operations team at YouNet ECI in delivering precise, actionable E-commerce data through superior data quality, advanced analysis, and innovative reporting, enabling brands to optimize performance, navigate market dynamics, and achieve sustainable growth in Vietnam and beyond.

III. Roles & Responsibilities    

• Strategic Leadership (10%): Lead and inspire the data operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Data Quality and Accuracy (20%): Ensure the highest standards of data quality and accuracy through rigorous processes and controls.
• Complex Data Analysis (20%): Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Advanced Reporting (20%): Develop and deliver sophisticated reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of partners..
• Process Improvement (10%): Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Partner Management (10%): Build strong relationships with key partners, and effectively communicate data insights.
• Team Development (10%): Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Report to: Consulting Director
Promotion: Can be promoted to Senior Data Operations Manager then Data Operations Director

1. Education/ Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Digital commerce or a related field.

2. Skill: 

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data operations tools such as Excel, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, etc.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Change Management: Ability to lead and manage organizational change.
• Presentation skills.

3. Experience: 

• 5+ years in data operations / research operations, preferably within market research or digital commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality, large-scale data projects under tight deadlines.

4. Personality:

• Extensive experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing team members.
• Strong understanding of the data industry and emerging trends.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
