Founded in 2012 as a boutique digital creative agency, we have surprised our clients by breakthrough digital communications solutions. Since 2015, we took our first leap as Mango has become a member of GroupCom.

After years of continuous upgrading, 2020 has witnessed the biggest milestone of us so far as we have become the first and only Data-driven Creative Agency in Vietnam by merging with YouNet Digital.

Since Mango Digital linked with YouNet has been established, our creative works have been supported by mar-tech ecosystem, especially social listening tool SocialHeat and the largest pool of qualified influencers SocialLift. We are now more than capable of turning client requests into remarkable outcomes that do not only stay long in people‘s minds but also boost business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ CONCEPT & IDEATION (30%)

• Proactively seek out new ideas in response to Creative Brief through a combination of experience, learnings, data and social insights.
• Understand how to form separated thoughts into a properly consistent theme/concept for campaigns (IMC, social) and always-on plans.
• Ceaselessly catch up with trends and flexibly "translate" those trends into ideas on different platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
• Support & stay close to the whole team (Art director; Designer, Social) to build up creative ideas throughout internal creative brainstorm sessions.

2/ PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT (30%)

• Support the whole team (Creative Lead, Associate Creative Director, Copywriter, Art Director, Designer) to enhance ideas as a consolidated creative deck.
• Clearly & understandably present ideas to the internal team.

3/ EXECUTION (40%)

• Deliver well-crafted copywriting for various creative formats in both Vietnamese & English.
• Well collaborate with other members/teams to enhance creative quality.

• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting field or content writer position (with idea orientation) in digital agencies or related fields (experienced in social campaigns is a plus)
• Passionate with digital communications
• Must have a cutting edge interest in social media and be abreast with the fast changing nature of social media and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realized
• Excellent in social writing skills (in English and Vietnamese)
• Have a great passion for words and playing with words. Visual thinking skill is a plus
• Be proactive and highly motivated
• Keep an eye for details and desire for perfection
• Time management skill
• Collaborative & supportive for team‘s outcomes
• Open minded for learning data-driven creativity
• "Can do" attitude is a must
• High sense of responsibility & result orientation
