As a Senior Graphic Designer at DNA, one contributes to effective on-brand user visual experiences by conveying brand stories into graphic design of various creative works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planning:

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with effective on-brand concepts and storytelling solutions, translated from brand understanding and marketing strategies

2. Execution:

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Work closely with the project team to convey brand stories into effective user visual experiences through a variety of uses: product graphics, social media graphics, etc. Ensure they are delivered in a quality and timely manner.
• Inspire and collaborate with your co-workers to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work for clients
• Make presentations to clients when necessary

3. Others:

• Provide professional formatting support for corporate documents and presentations
• Research & analyze new technologies and visual trends in the field; share your learnings with the team
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience & Knowledge:

• Graduation from design school or college/ university with major in Multimedia Design, Graphic Communication or the likes
• At least 2-3 years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective story and design

2. Attitude & Skills:

• Lifelong learning attitude - always seek self-improvement and solutions to enhance project outcome; readily change for growth
• Accountability
• Conceptual thinking
• A multidisciplinary design mind: be willing to immerse in a variety of disciplines
• Great skills & deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design techniques and approaches
• Fluency in design tools
• Good communication and presentation skills; be able to do it in English is a plus.
