• Developing Excellence in Media Planning and Execution: for both performance andbranding media, plan, supervise the processes for setting up, trafficking, and activating media. Identify KPIs and tangible ROI to the business. Conduct reporting for team leaders with insightful recommendations. • Assisting Media Lead in team management: Educate junior team members on best practices and innovations/trends in the industry. You act as supervisor and trainers in the assigned sub-team, solve problems and facilitate the Media Lead in all team initiatives. • Collaborate with other teams, including Creative/Content, Account/Sales, OOH and Production, to define the best way to reach and convert audiences for clients’ ever-tougher requirements. • Facing clients: From time to time, meet and present face-to-face with clients on media plans/strategies and tactics.
